Planning Application No 09/00235/FULL Two storey side extension at
Western Lodge, Western View, London Road, Billericay. The committee
recommended that this application should be granted planning permission.
Planning Application No 09/00261/FULL Front Dormer at Baldoon, 60
Frithwood Lane, Billericay. The committee recommended that this application
should not be granted planning permission.
Planning Application No 09/00264/FULL Demolition of existing building
and erection of 12 units comprising 10 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 1 bedroom flats
with associated lower ground floor car parking and cycle storage. At 43
Western Road, Billericay. The committee recommended that this application
