At its meeting held on Tuesday 14 April the Planning Committee of the Billericay Town Council considered the following planning applications:

Planning Application No 09/00235/FULL        Two storey side extension at Western Lodge, Western View, London Road, Billericay. The committee recommended that this application should be granted planning permission.

Planning Application No 09/00261/FULL        Front Dormer at Baldoon, 60 Frithwood Lane, Billericay. The committee recommended that this application should not be granted planning permission.

Planning Application No 09/00264/FULL        Demolition of existing building and erection of 12 units comprising 10 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 1 bedroom flats with associated lower ground floor car parking and cycle storage. At 43 Western Road, Billericay. The committee recommended that this application should not be granted planning permission.

Planning Application No 09/285/FULL            Demolition of existing garage and construction of replacement carport and first floor office accommodation at Sheredays Yard, 22 High Street, Billericay. The committee recommended that this application should not be granted planning permission.
