BDRA Vision and Visibility
summer we have been out and about letting people know who we are and what we
stand for. It started with two banners at the very successful Soapbox Derby.
(Well done Rotary) followed by Great Burstead Fete and Summerfest.
Despite the weather a steady stream of people came over to talk to us, look at our exhibition and sign up for membership. Thank you to those of you who did.
I had people from Thorpe Bay asking what we did so they could help their Association of 500 to grow. They were particularly envious of the Resident. It made me realise that we have an Association to be proud of which has been built over the years.
Noak Bridge have been setting up a community association and if you know anyone from there who wants to partner with us or link with us then we will be happy to talk to them.
We will have future plans for visibility and also to expand our membership. Any ideas you have which you would like to be part of then please get in contact in the usual ways.
