GENERAL INFORMATION
	For the comfort and safety of guests this is a non-smoking hotel.   Colour television and clock radio in all bedrooms.   A hospitality tray, hand cream and hair shampoo are provided in all bedrooms.   Breakfast is served between 8.00 a.m and 8.30 a.m. or earlier by arrangement.   A three-course dinner is served at 6.00 p.m.   A packed lunch can be supplied by arrangement.   Afternoon tea is available on request.   Guests enjoy 24 hour access to the hotel throughout their stay.

	Depending on time of year and whether the booking is for Silver Standard or Gold Standard. Silver Standard gives as much as you want from our Silver Standard Breakfast menu plus a hospitality tray with tea, coffee, sugar sachets, sweetener and milk. Gold Standard gives as much as you want from our Gold Standard Breakfast menu plus all that Silver Standard provides, plus sachets of hot chocolate, bottles of water, and packets of biscuits on the hospitality tray.
	Senior Citizens staying for at least seven days will be given a discount of 10% on the bed and breakfast rate.   Special rates and facilities are available for groups.   Most major credit and debit cards accepted.
	Payment Terms A deposit of 25% is payable on booking (minimum £25), the balance to be paid by cash or card on arrival. Deposits will be refunded for cancellations received at least seven days before the expected arrival date.
