I been a long time FM & TVDXer, though I'm not always able to spend as much time doing this as I'd like to, and with far fewer Band One and Three transmitters now active these days, this can be a lot more challenging than it was back in the 1980s and 90s. In spite of that a good Sporadic E opening can still bring up all kinds of interesting stuff, and this section carries details of some of my past catches (and will hopefully include many future catches too!). I also like to monitor (and transmit) SSTV Images on the Amateur Bands, and the great variety of imaginative images produced by many of the Amateurs using this mode seemed well worthy of being displayed here too, since it is always difficult to describe these to people. I have created a number of pages showing some of my favourite catches from recent years, and this will no doubt be increased just as soon as I can get around to creating lots of new pages.
