Welcome to my Beddows website which records my family history from 1672 in Broseley, Shropshire, and Liverpool in the 1900's up to the present. 

Shropshire covers the history of the Beddow family from 1672 up until the early 1900's.

Liverpool covers the Beddows family from when they arrived in Garston, Liverpool in the early 1920s.

WW1 covers the military service of the three Beddows brothers who fought in the Great War, the two that never came home and my Grandfather who did.

Bertram's Army Records  his military records were damaged in the fire at the National Achives.

1960s onwards  As I was born in 1960, this section covers the Beddows history in my lifetime.
