Although when all’s said and done and you read the walkthrough, this looks like quite a small adventure, with only a few puzzles, it is one of those that will have you searching around for hours. It’s graphically very effective and I liked the thought that had gone into the poem, quite clever really.

1. From the start location, click the middle beam round about half way up. When you zoom in you should see a raised slot of wood. Click this which causes it to fall out. The zoom back out and collect the iron stick that has fallen down.
2. Move left so you are facing the three stacked boxes. Click in the gap in between the boxes and then click the underside of the top box. You should see a blue triangle which you can collect.
3. Zoom back out so you’re facing the boxes again and then click behind the left most box. Pick up the yellow triangle.
4. Click in the gap right behind the boxes and you’ll find a fly trapped in some amber.
5. Zoom out and then move left so you’re facing the barred window. Zoom in and collect the second blue triangle.
6. Zoom out and then look upwards to collect a green triangle.
7. Click down and move left so you can see the broom. Zoom in on it and click behind it to find the note. Take a note of the sequence of numbers (it changes from game to game).
8. Zoom out and click on the poem on the wall to read it. It will be more relevant later on but it’s good now to think about the clues it contains.
9. Whilst looking at the poem, click behind the column on the left edge of the picture. Behind it you should find a red triangle.
10. Zoom out so you can see the broom again and move left.
11. Click the beam that is running up to the ceiling. You see another green triangle screwed to the column. Collect this too.
12. Click left twice (at the same height level) so you can see the spider’s web. Drag the fly in amber onto the web and then click the spider’s other bundle. It will fall to the ground where you can pick up the red triangle it contained.
13. After picking up the red triangle, click up and then left so you’re facing the web again. Click the switch on the end of the beam to get a view of the roof as you’re looking upwards. You should note that each of the switches on the ends of the beam corresponds to a number. Equate these to the clue on the piece of paper and click the sequence in. Did you see the raven fly down.
14. Move back round to where the boxes are and zoom in on the raven. Collect the key that is attached to his foot.
15. OK, move back round to the inset on the wall that has a hole in the middle. If you try the key here it will report that the hole is too deep. Drag the iron stick onto the key to combine them and then try the stick/key combination on the hole.
16. Collect the yellow triangle from the grid so it’s totally blank.
17. OK, do you remember the poem? Well you’ve got to use a little bit of lateral thinking and equate the colours with the objects in the poem. So “with LOVE it starts” well red is the colour of love and passion so put a red triangle in the top left hand corner.
18. “and it will end” – OK we’ll put the other red triangle in the bottom right hand corner.
19. “The SKY is there surrounded by the SUN” so on the top row, follow the red triangle with a yellow one (the SUN) and then a blue one (the SKY) and the other yellow one.
20. “I feel a BIG HOPE but WATER comes” so on the bottom row put the two greens together to make a big hope and then the other blue triangle by the final red one.
21. You should get 5 random numbers on the final piece of paper clue. Any gamer worth their salt will realise this is a simple transposition code for the letters a-z equating to the numbers 1-26.
22. Move out and then move left twice to fact the padlocked trap door. Zoom in on the lock and enter the final code. Free again!
