The name Bürgerliches Brauhaus literally means "Citizen's Brewery" and with nearly every sizable town and village in Germany having it's own brewery at one time or other finding out which "Citizen's Brewery" it is can be a challenge. This glass comes from the brewery in Ravensburg which as far as I can tell was founded in 1817 but closed in 2001. The building is now used by local government as can be seen from their website.
