Although the name would have you believe these glasses are from the exotic far east Asia, The Far East Beer company is established in very English Oxfordshire. It is a partner company of Refresh, which is a UK company brewing speciality brews. It was founded in 1993 and sells much of its products to the UK Indian restaurant market. Refresh was sold to Marstons in 2009 and the rights to the Bangla brand were sold to LWC drink wholesalers.
