Greene King

Location:         Bury St Edmonds, Suffolk, England

Website:          Greene King

Greene King was established in 1799 in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. The group does more than just brewing having a large estate of public houses and being active in the catering and hotel businesses. Greene King has been fairly aggressive in the business markets in the past few years, buying out many well known English breweries including Morland, Ruddles and Ridley's. The company still produces some of these breweries' beers in its own brewery in Suffolk.
