In 1983 Paddy Glenny founded a brewery on the original site of Clinch's Brewery which had been taken over by Courage in 1961. In 1990 it was renamed as the Wychwood Brewery and in 2002 it was taken over by British drinks brewer and supplier Refresh UK.
