The Dean and Chapter of St Paul's Cathedral The Dean and Chapter of St Paul’s Cathedral sent a surveyor to the manor of Belchamp St Paul in 1576 to make a record of the land they owned, the rents collected and any legal issues. As part of this process various manorial maps were made by Israel Ames. The originals are kept at the Guildhall Library in London.
