White-spotted Mannikin, Lonchura leucosticta
I have kept a few of these, but they are difficult, they appear delicate to me and I lost a few so gave them up......
They have been bred, and can be found in dealers.
They are a colourful and pleasant bird, but as mentioned don't appear long lived in captivity.
Sexes similar.
