Grid references are from the Ordnance Survey system, on the Links page it shows how to see a map of the starting point using these references.    Where meeting places are described as CP, this is short for car park.

They are all easy walks of up to 5 miles, taking about two hours, they are led at a gentle pace and are suitable for anybody who would like to try country walking or who has been on a walking fitness programme. Most walks will involve crossing stiles and can include a few inclines. They will also cross fields and tracks which may be muddy, particularly in winter months. Good footwear is essential as is clothing for the prevailing conditions. Some food and drink may be useful.

All are welcome, but if it is your first time please inform the leader in advance of the walk. The walk leader understands that by taking part in these walks you do so at your own risk. No dogs please.

These walks are in the Cerrig Camu/ Stepping Stones series partly funded by the Countryside Council for Wales.
