BACKGROUND
Aida is a starfighter pilot in the clone army of the Galatean Confederation. Born fully-grown less than a year ago, a computer implanted in her brain granted her the skills and knowledge of a trained pilot from the first day of her life. It also gave her commanders a direct link into her brain through which they could download orders and propaganda.
A disastrous long-range mission left Aida as the sole survivor in her squadron, stranded on an asteroid out of range of the Confederation comms network and isolated from her clone-sisters for the first time in her short life. With her air supply running low, it was awfully lucky that a TARDIS turned up when it did...
Aida is pretty much a stereotypical devil-may-care fighter pilot - her personality was designed to be daring, aggressive, swashbuckling and addicted to travelling too fast. She can drive or fly pretty much any vehicle that she can climb into, an the computer system that is implanted into her brain feeds her technical details for any repairs she might need to make.
Now that she no longer receives orders through the implant, she sometimes feels a bit lonely and indecisive.
