BACKGROUND

Angela is a sergeant in the Metropolitan Police. She joined the police force not long after leaving school, and has stayed in the job for well over a decade. She was decorated bravery for her actions during the Cyberman/Dalek invasion of 2006 and recently applied for a posting with UNIT.

She is brave, athletic and observant and is really rather good at ordering people around. Not that she's the nasty brutal sort of police officer, of course; she's the pleasant sort who gets sent to schools to give lectures to children.
