1 Banana.
Lunch Bran flakes (30g) & 1/3 pint semi-skimmed milk.
1 Banana.
Dinner Chicken & vegetable masala w/steamed rice.
(1 chicken breast, 120g assorted veg, 65g rice, home-made masala sauce)
Drinks 5 pints of water.
3 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
Other 2 Apples.

Breakfast Porridge (30g) & 1/3 pint semi-skimmed milk.
Lunch 2 slices of toast (granary bread) w/Ardennes paté.
1 Apple.
25g Mixed nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds, hazelnuts).
Dinner Breaded cod fillet w/baked potato, vegetables & pickled beetroot.
Drinks 3.5 pints of water.
4 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
Other 2 Bananas.

Breakfast Bran flakes (30g) & 1/3 pint semi-skimmed milk.
1 Banana.
Lunch Chicken sandwich (2 slices granary bread, 1 tomato, lettuce, chicken, black pepper).
1 Banana.
Dinner Chilli prawn stir fry (120g prawns, 200g assorted vegetables - baby corn, beansprouts, spring onions, green peppers, 1 fresh chilli, dash of soy sauce, tomato puree, 1 clove of garlic).
Drinks 4 pints of water.
2 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 pints of Adnam's Broadside (beer).
Other 1 Apple.
1 Banana.
