Dinner Grilled salmon fillet w/baked potato, 120g assorted vegetables (peppers, green beans, pickled beetroot).
Drinks 5 pints of water.
2 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
Other Almonds (20g).

Tuesday, 16 January

Breakfast Bran flakes (30g) & 1/3 pint semi-skimmed milk.
1 Banana.
Lunch Cheese on toast - 2 slices of granary bread topped w/Red Leicester cheese & paprika.
1 Apple.
Dinner Garlic & ginger salmon w/steamed rice.
(1 salmon fillet, 65g rice, 100g green beans, spring onions & carrots, garlic & ginger marinade.)
Drinks 3 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 pints of water.
Other 1 Apple.

Wednesday, 17 January

Breakfast Toast (2 slices of granary bread, butter).
Lunch Chicken sandwich (2 slices granary bread, 1 tomato, lettuce, chicken, black pepper).
1 Banana.
Dinner Chilli prawn stir fry (100g prawns, 240g beansprouts, spring onions, green peppers, 1 fresh chilli, dash of soy sauce, tomato puree, 1 clove of garlic).
Drinks 2 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
5 pints of water.
Other Bran flakes (30g) & 1/3 pint semi-skimmed milk.

Thursday, 18 January

Breakfast 125g Yoghurt w/chopped banana & pumpkin seeds.
Lunch Prawn sandwich (prawns, 2 slices granary bread, lettuce, 1 tomato, black pepper).

Dinner Chicken stir fry (1 chicken breast, ginger, dash of soy sauce, 175g assorted vegetables - beansprouts, peppers, mushrooms, spring onions, shredded cabbage).

Saturday, 20 January

Lunch 2 Granary rolls with tuna, lettuce, tomato & chutney.

Dinner Mackerel fillet with oat, lemon & herb crust, 150g vegetables (beetroot, carrots, sugar-snap peas), grilled potato wedges.

Dinner Prawn stir fry (prawns, black bean sauce, 175g assorted vegetables - beansprouts, peppers, mushrooms, spring onions, shredded cabbage).
