Lunch Cheese on toast - 2 slices of granary bread topped w/Red Leicester cheese & paprika.
1 Apple.
Dinner Mackerel fillet with oat, lemon & herb crust, 160g vegetables (beetroot, carrots, green beans), grilled potato wedges.
Drinks 2 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 pints of water.
Other Bunch of grapes (80g).

Tuesday, 23 January

Breakfast Bran flakes (30g) & 1/3 pint semi-skimmed milk.
1 Banana.
Lunch 2 Granary rolls, w/tomato, lettuce, chicken & black pepper.
Bunch of grapes (80g).
Dinner Chicken & black bean sauce stir fry with steamed rice (1 chicken breast, 160g onions & green pepper, 1 fresh chilli pepper, black bean sauce, 60g rice).
Drinks 3 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
2 pints of water.
Other 1 Banana.

Wednesday, 24 January

Breakfast 2 Slices of toast (granary bread) with two soft-boiled eggs.
1 Banana.
Lunch 2 Granary rolls, w/tomato, lettuce, chicken & black pepper.
Bunch of grapes (80g).
1 Banana.
Dinner Sausage & mash (3 sausages, mashed potato, onion gravy, mixed vegetables: carrots, courgettes, sugar-snap peas).
Drinks 3 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
5 pints of water.

Thursday, 25 January

Lunch Chicken sandwich (2 slices granary bread, 1 tomato, lettuce, chicken, black pepper).
1 Banana.
Bunch of grapes (80g).
Dinner Omelette (2 eggs, 90g chopped onion & green peppers, black pepper) w/200g baked beans in tomato sauce.
Drinks 3 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
3 pints of water.

Friday, 26 January

Breakfast 1 soft-boiled egg with 2 slices of toast (granary bread).
1 Banana.
Lunch Beans on toast (2 slices granary bread, 200g baked beans in tomato sauce).
1 Apple.
Dinner Chicken Shish Kebab (chicken, chilli sauce, lots of salad) & chips.
Drinks 2 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 pints of water.
3 bottles of Theakston's Old Peculier.
3 cans of Marston's Pedigree.
Other Wholemeal pitta bread with taramasalata dip & houmous.

Saturday, 27 January

Lunch Tuna salad sandwich (2 slices of granary bread, tuna, lettuce & tomato).
1 Apple.
Dinner Breaded hake fillet with baked potato & 80g of pickled beetroot.
Drinks 4 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
3 pints of water.
Other 1 Apple.

Sunday, 28 January

Breakfast 30g Bran flakes & 1/3 pint semi-skimmed milk.

Lunch Chicken sandwich (2 slices granary bread, 1 tomato, lettuce, chicken, black pepper).

Dinner Chicken, ginger & garlic stir fry (1 chicken breast, 100g beansprouts, 80g mixed onion & green pepper, 1 clove of garlic, 1 teaspoon of ginger).
Drinks 2 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
1 cup of green tea.
4 pints of water.
