Lunch Chicken sandwich (2 slices granary bread, 1 tomato, lettuce, chicken, black pepper).
1 Banana.
Dinner Grilled chicken breast with baked potato wedges & 175g of mixed green peppers & onion.
Drinks 3 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 pints of water.
Other 50g of mixed nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, walnuts).
1 Banana.

Tuesday, 30 January

Breakfast 30g Bran flakes & 1/3 pint semi-skimmed milk.
1 Banana.
Lunch Tuna sandwich (2 slices granary bread, 1 tomato, lettuce, tuna, black pepper).
1 Banana.
Dinner Mexican chilli chicken w/steamed rice.
(1 chicken breast, 200g mixed onion, peppers & tomatoes, 1 fresh chilli, 60g rice).
Drinks 2 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 pints of water.
Other 1 Apple.

Wednesday, 31 January

Dinner Grilled chicken breast with beetroot (75g) and baked potato & chopped onion (90g).

Dinner Grilled chicken with hot chilli salsa in a flour tortilla.
(1 chicken breast, 220g mixed tomato, onion, chilli peppers).
Drinks 3 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.

Lunch Chicken & green salad wrap.
(50g chicken, 200g mixed tomato & green salad, flour tortilla.)
Dinner Grilled chicken with hot chilli salsa in a flour tortilla.

2 tins of Tanglefoot (beer).
2 large glasses of red wine.

Saturday, 3 February

Lunch 2 Granary rolls, w/tomato, lettuce, chicken & black pepper.
Grapes (80g).
Dinner Breaded hake fillet w/grilled potato wedges & beetroot (90g).
Drinks 3 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 pints of water.
Other Cheese salad sandwich (2 slices of granary bread, cheddar cheese, 1 tomato, lettuce, Branston pickle).
2 Apples.

Sunday, 4 February

Lunch 2 Granary rolls, w/tomato, lettuce, tuna & black pepper.
Grapes (80g).

Dinner Wholemeal baguette with grilled bacon.
Drinks 3 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 pints of water.
1 bottle of red wine.
Other 1 Apple.
Roasted peanuts.
