Lunch Chicken sandwich (2 slices granary bread w/tomato, lettuce, chicken & black pepper.
Grapes (80g).
1 Banana.
Dinner Tuna omelette (2 eggs, 100g tuna, 100g mix of chopped onion & tomato, black pepper, dash of Worcestershire sauce).
Drinks 3 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 pints of water.
Other 1 Apple.
1 Banana.

Tuesday, 6 February

Breakfast 30g Bran flakes & 1/3 pint semi-skimmed milk.
1 Banana.
Lunch Chicken sandwich (2 slices granary bread, chicken, tomato, lettuce, black pepper).
1 Banana.
Dinner Breaded hake fillet, baked potato, 200g baked beans in tomato sauce & beetroot (80g).
Drinks 3 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
3 pints of water.
Other 2 Slices of toast (granary bread).
1 Banana.

Wednesday, 7 February

Breakfast 30g Bran flakes & 1/3 pint semi-skimmed milk.
1 Banana.
Lunch Chicken sandwich (2 slices granary bread, chicken, tomato, lettuce, black pepper).
Grapes (80g)
1 Banana.
Dinner Chicken stir fry (1 chicken breast, black bean sauce, 1 fresh chilli, 170g mixed onions & green pepper, 60g steamed rice).
Drinks 3 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 pints of water.
Other 1 Carrot.

Thursday, 8 February

Breakfast 30g Bran flakes & 1/3 pint semi-skimmed milk.
1 Banana.
Lunch 1 Pizza Express 'American Hot' pizza.
Dinner Beans on toast (200g of baked beans in tomato sauce, 2 slices of granary bread).
Drinks 2 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 pints of water.
Other 1 Banana.
1 Apple.
1 Carrot.

Friday, 9 February

Saturday, 10 February

Breakfast Bran flakes (30g) & 1/3 pint semi-skimmed milk.

Lunch Chicken & hot chilli salsa wrap (30g chicken, 100g mixed onion & tomato, 1 fresh chilli, flour tortilla).
1 Banana.
Dinner Seafood stir fry with black bean sauce (125g mixed prawns, mussels & calamari, 200g beansprouts, 95g mixed peppers & green onions, 1 fresh chilli, black bean sauce).
Drinks 3 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 pints of water.
Other 1 Apple.

Sunday, 11 February
