Lunch Soft-boiled egg & 2 slices of toast (granary bread)
Grapes (90g).
Dinner Mixed seafood with hot chilli salsa (125g mixed prawns, mussels & calamari, 100g chopped onions & tomatos, 1 fresh chilli, tomato puree, assorted spices) & a flour tortilla.
Drinks 2 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
5 pints of water.
Other Pickled beetroot (90g).
Grapes (85g)
1 Apple.

Tuesday, 13 February

Breakfast Bran flakes (30g) & 1/3 pint semi-skimmed milk.
Lunch 2 Granary rolls - one w/brie, tomato & lettuce; one w/turkey, tomato, black pepper & lettuce.
1 Banana.
Grapes (90g).
Dinner Lemon & Garlic Chicken (1 chicken breast, 90g green beans, steamed rice, 75g beetroot).
Drinks 4 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
3 pints of water.
Other 1 Apple.
1 Banana.

Wednesday, 14 February

Breakfast Bran flakes (30g) & 1/3 pint semi-skimmed milk.
1 Banana.
Lunch 2 Granary rolls with turkey, black pepper, tomato & lettuce.
Grapes (95g).
1 Banana.
Dinner Chicken masala with steamed rice (1 chicken breast, 160g mixed onions & green pepper, masala sauce, 65g steamed rice).
Drinks 2 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 pints of water.
Other 1 Apple.
1 Banana.

Thursday, 15 February

Breakfast Bran flakes (30g) & 1/3 pint semi-skimmed milk.
1 Banana.
Lunch 2 Wholemeal rolls with brie, lettuce & tomato.
Grapes (90g).
1 Banana.
Dinner Toad in the hole w/Cumberland sausage, mashed potato & assorted vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower; can't give exact weights as it was in the pub).
Drinks 2 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
5 pints of water.
Other 1 Apple.

Friday, 16 February

Breakfast 2 Slices of toast (granary bread) with Marmite.
Lunch 2 Wholemeal rolls with turkey, tomato, black pepper & lettuce.
1 Apple.
Dinner Chicken & black bean sauce stir fry (1 chicken breast, 170g mixed peppers, onions & mushrooms, 200g bean sprouts, 1 fresh chilli, black bean sauce).
Drinks 3 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 pints of water.
Other 1 Apple.

Saturday, 17 February

Breakfast 30g Bran flakes with 1/3 pint of semi-skimmed milk.
1 Apple.
Lunch Beans on toast (2 slices of toasted granary bread, 200g baked beans in tomato sauce).
1 Apple.
Dinner Chicken Jalfrezi with steamed rice, 2 onion bhajis & 1 vegetable samosa.
Drinks 2 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
5 pints of water.
3 bottles of Theakston's Old Peculier.
2 cans of Tanglefoot.
Other 1 Apple.
A quantity of crisps.

Sunday, 18 February

Breakfast 1 Muffin with butter.
Lunch Chicken sandwich (2 slices of granary bread, chicken, lettuce, tomato & black pepper).
1 Banana.
Grapes (85g).
Dinner Garlic & ginger salmon with steamed rice & 90g of grilled mushrooms.
Drinks 3 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 pints of water.
Other 1 Banana.
1 Carrot.
