Dinner Breaded hake fillet with baked potato, 85g of grilled mushrooms & 95g of pickled beetroot.
Drinks 2 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 pints of water.

Lunch Beans on toast (2 slices of toasted granary bread, 200g of baked beans in tomato sauce).
Grapes (110g).
Dinner Chicken & black bean sauce stir fry (1 chicken breast, 120g mixed peppers, onions & mushrooms, 200g bean sprouts, 1 fresh chilli, black bean sauce).
Drinks 2 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
5 pints of water.
Other 1 Carrot.
1 Banana.

Wednesday, 21 February

Breakfast Bran flakes (30g) with 1/3 pint of semi-skimmed milk.

Lunch Chicken sandwich (2 slices of granary bread, chicken, lettuce, tomato & black pepper).

Dinner Chicken masala with steamed rice (1 chicken breast, 90g mixed onions & green pepper, masala sauce, 65g steamed rice).
Drinks 2 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.

Other 2 Slices of toast (granary bread) with Marmite.
