Drinks 2 cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 pints of water.

Tuesday, 27 February

Breakfast Bran flakes (30g) with 1/3 pint of skimmed milk.
1 Banana.
Lunch Chicken sandwich (2 slices of granary bread, chicken, lettuce, tomato, black pepper).
1 Banana.
Grapes (95g).
Dinner Baked Mussels With Ginger & Chilli (110g of mussels, 60g rice, 170g mixed onion & red pepper, 2 red bird chillis).
Drinks 3 Cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 Pints of water.
Other 1 Banana.

Wednesday, 28 February

Breakfast Bran flakes (30g) with 1/3 pint of skimmed milk.
1 Banana.
Lunch Salmon & dill sandwich (2 slices of granary bread, salmon, dill, lettuce & tomato).
1 Banana.
Grapes (100g).
Dinner Crayfish tails dusted with cayenne pepper & fresh chillis with garlic-stuffed mushrooms & potato wedges (100g of crayfish, 175g of mushrooms, 1 potato).
Drinks 2 Cups of tea w/skimmed milk.

Dinner Garlic & Ginger Salmon with grilled mushrooms & steamed rice (1 salmon fillet, 1 fresh chilli, herbs & spices, 60g steamed rice, 105g mushrooms).
