1 Banana.
Lunch Brie sandwich (2 slices of granary bread, lettuce, tomato, brie).
Grapes (90g).
1 Banana.
Dinner Garlic & ginger salmon with steamed rice & red peppers (1 salmon fillet, 95g red pepper, 1 fresh chilli,60g rice, herbs & spices).
Drinks 3 Cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 pints of water.
Other 1 Apple.
1 Banana.

Tuesday, 27 March

Breakfast 30g Bran flakes with 1/3 pint semi-skimmed milk.
1 Banana.
Lunch Chicken sandwich (2 slices of granary bread, lettuce, tomato, chicken, black pepper).
Grapes (100g).
1 Banana.
Dinner Omelette (2 eggs, 75g red pepper, 1 fresh chilli, paprika) & 85g fried onion.
Drinks 3 Cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
4 pints of water.

Breakfast 30g Bran flakes with 1/3 pint semi-skimmed milk.
1 Banana.
Lunch 2 slices of toast (granary bread).
1 Apple.
1 Banana.
Dinner Grilled gammon steak with baked potato, 100g grilled mushrooms, 85g pickled beetroot.
Drinks 2 Cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
5 pints of water.
Other 1 Apple.
1 Banana.

Thursday, 29 March

Breakfast 30g Bran flakes with 1/3 pint semi-skimmed milk.
1 Banana.
Lunch Chicken sandwich (2 slices of granary bread, lettuce, tomato, chicken, black pepper).
Grapes (90g).
1 Banana.
Dinner I sort of forgot to have any.
Drinks 2 Cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
3 pints of water.
4 pints of London Pride.
Other 1 Apple.
1 Banana.

Friday, 30 March

Lunch Chicken sandwich (2 slices of granary bread, lettuce, tomato, chicken, black pepper).

Dinner Ghoulash (steak, onions, tomatoes, dumplings, herbs & spices).
Drinks 3 Cups of tea w/skimmed milk.
3 pints of water.
6 pints of Tanglefoot.
Other 1/3 packet of crisps.
