GARLIC & GINGER SALMON

Instructions

  1. Mix the soy sauce, chilli, lime juice and spices to form a marinade.
  2. Coat the salmon generously with the marinade then leave it to marinate in the remainder, with the skin side up in a covered bowl, overnight.
  3. Wrap the salmon in foil and bake for 25 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 220C (425F).
  4. Serve with steamed rice and your choice of vegetables.
