Instructions

  1. Place the chicken, green pepper and onion in the bottom of a roasting tin.
  2. Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Coat the chicken, peppers and onion with the sauce.
  4. Cover and cook in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes at 200C (390F).
  5. Serve on a warmed plate with steamed rice or in a tortilla or taco.
