HOT CHILLI SALSA
Plenty for 2
Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes, finely chopped.
- 1 large onion, finely chopped.
- 4 fresh chillies, split, seeded and thinly sliced.
- The juice of half a lime.
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- 2 teaspoons of coriander.
- 2 tablespoons of tomato puree.
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Instructions
To serve cold:
- Simply mix all the ingredients together.
To serve hot:
- Mix all the ingredients together, cover and cook in a pre-heated oven at 200C (390F) for 15 minutes.
