Adolescent Specialist (13+) Personal and Lifestyle Coaching.

I bring to my practice experience in mentoring, job search skills and advice and guidance, having previously worked for JobCentre Plus and North Devon College. My approach to coaching is integrative, client centred and holistic.

For the last seven years I have been employed as a guidance worker, supporting young people aged between 13 and 24 experiencing barriers to employment, education and training. Currently in the UK there are concerns regarding rising mental health problems amongst adolescents, which may undermine future plans and goal setting. I have received various training from the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) including Solution Focused Brief Therapy with Children, Adolescents and Families.

I believe coaching can encourage self awareness in young people aiding the development of enhanced coping skills for their future.
