Helen Sanders

Helen will be offering the following holistic therapies, Reiki, Indian Head Massage and Crystal Healing. She is currently working with the Metamorphic Technique and hopes to add this soon. “I can’t quite remember when my interest in holistic therapy started but I do know I’ve never looked back and really enjoy my work. I am dedicated to learning new skills and giving caring support to my clients so have studied Psychotherapy to diploma level, and have some basic counselling skills.”

Helen has been involved in care work for many years and has worked with people of all ages from all walks of life, giving her experiences and insights Helen feels will bring a positive contribution to her work as a holistic therapist.
