I discovered the amazing benefits and process of Transformational Breathing two years ago and haven't looked back since. Initially having individual one-on-one sessions, this was followed by a complete seminar week with the founder of the modality Judith Kravitz.

It was then that I decided I would like to go further with the breath and share it with as many people as possible. To become a facilitator, further intensive training followed, again with Judith and I am now up and running and available to introduce you to this amazing modality. I am based in Teignmouth, South Devon. However, as well as working in South Devon I work throughout the South West, with regular visits to Bristol, Bideford Wellbeing Centre, Glastonbury/Somerset and Plymouth.

I can include Reiki healing in a breathing session or as a separate therapy.
