An ancient healing system in which specific points on the feet or hands, known as reflex points, are stimulated to bring about changes in other parts of the body. These reflex points correspond to every major organ, gland and area of the body.

This allows the body to regain its natural balance and ability to heal itself by restoring the subtle energy flow.
