EBAY FEEDBACK REPORTS (last updated: 1st September 2009)

We understand that people are always concerned to see negative feedback; however, it's practically impossible to sell on ebay for any length of time without accumulating the odd one or two here and there. Ebay don't provide a lot of space on their website to respond to negative feedback, so this section is to explain any negatives that have been left for Suzuki Ookie's House of Kooky. We'll leave you to draw your own conclusions.

The following is a diary of all contact between the buyer and Suzuki Ookie:

04/08/2009 - Parcel shipped via PayPal Postage. Buyer sent e-mail to confirm shipment. Suzuki Ookie leaves positive feedback for buyer.
10/08/2009 - Less than a week after shipping, buyer opens a dispute with PayPal. Suzuki Ookie responds with this message, sent via PayPal and eBay.
20/08/2009 - After more than a week of silence, buyer responds with two more messages and immediately escalates the PayPal dispute to a claim before any further reply can be made by Suzuki Ookie.
21/08/2009 - Suzuki Ookie responds via email with the same message as on 10/08/2009.
30/08/2009 - As the PayPal claim is still open, Suzuki Ookie uploads the Certificate of Posting to PayPal as proof that the parcel was mailed on 04/08/2009.
31/08/2009 - Buyer leaves negative feedback for both items, the day before Suzuki Ookie told them their claim would be processed.

Ironically, the buyer's refund (which would have been processed on 01/09/2009) has now been delayed as PayPal's 'Issue Refund' option has been disabled due to the ongoing claim. However, Suzuki Ookie has contacted PayPal to ask that the claim be closed and guantones' payment be refunded in full.

Additional notes: As of the 1st of September 2009, guantones has a feedback score of 94.3% from a total of 653 transactions and also has private feedback to prevent ebayers from seeing their other feedback comments.
