POSTAGE POLICIES (last updated: 26th January 2010)

We use the Royal Mail for shipping parcels both domestically and abroad, and we will endeavour to put your parcel in the mail within 24 hours of receiving your order.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE

We give the following options for shipping to Europe:

Airmail (delivery aim: 5 working days)

Please note that Airmail has no guaranteed delivery date and does not come with tracking details! Contact us through eBay if you require additional delivery options that include these.

We no longer use Surface Mail to Europe for the following reasons:

Surface Mail is substantially slower than Airmail
In our experience, Surface Mail is more likely to go missing than Airmail
The price difference is so small that we can't offer very much of a discount for Surface Mail (usually around Ł0.50)

Lost and damaged parcels

If your parcel does not arrive or is damaged, please let us know and we'll give you one of the following options:

A full refund, including shipping
A duplicate of your lost/damaged item (if available)

Please note that we cannot consider a parcel to be lost until 20 working days have passed since the item was shipped to you.
For damaged items, please e-mail us some photos of the item and packaging as proof!
