POSTAGE POLICIES (last updated: 26th January 2010)

We use the Royal Mail for shipping parcels both domestically and abroad, and we will endeavour to put your parcel in the mail within 24 hours of receiving your order.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK

We give the following options for shipping within the UK:

• 1st Class (delivery aim: 1 day)
• 1st Class - Recorded Delivery (delivery aim: 1 day)
• Special Delivery Next Day (guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm)

• Please note that 1st class mail has no guaranteed delivery date!

We no longer use Second Class mail for the following reasons:

• Second Class is substantially slower than First Class
• In our experience, Second Class mail is more likely to go missing than First Class
• The price difference is so small (usually amounting to pennies) that we can't offer very much of a discount for Second Class

Lost and damaged parcels

If your parcel does not arrive or is damaged, please let us know and we'll give you one of the following options:

• A full refund, including shipping
• A duplicate of your lost/damaged item (if available)

Please note that we cannot consider a parcel to be lost until 15 working days have passed since the item was shipped to you.
For damaged items, please e-mail us some photos of the item and packaging as proof!
