We use the Royal Mail for shipping parcels both domestically and abroad, and we will endeavour to put your parcel in the mail within 24 hours of receiving your order.

SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD (outside Europe)

We give the following options for destinations outside of Europe:

Airmail (delivery aim: 5 days)

Please note that Airmail has no guaranteed delivery date, and does not come with tracking details! Contact us through eBay if you require additional delivery options that include these.

We no longer use Surface Mail to Europe for the following reasons:

Surface Mail is substantially slower than Airmail, taking more than 3 months to arrive in some cases
In our experience, Surface Mail is more likely to go missing than Airmail

Lost and damaged parcels

If your parcel does not arrive or is damaged, please let us know and we'll give you one of the following options:

A full refund, including shipping
A duplicate of your lost/damaged item (if available)

Please note that we cannot consider a parcel to be lost until 25 working days have passed since the item was shipped to you.
For damaged items, please e-mail us some photos of the item and packaging as proof!
