Potter Heigham is situated in the heart of the "bootiful" Norfolk Broads, about 20 miles east of Norwich. Any visitor to the Broads for a Holiday would probably have vivid memories of navigating their boat under Potter Heigham Bridge. (not for the faint at heart!)

The port & Sea-side town of Great Yarmouth is about 13 miles away to the east. The town boasts a fine beach and all the usual promenade attractions.
