Whooper Swans at Martin Mere

Martin Mere in Lancashire is a Reserve run by the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust and is an over-wintering site for huge numbers of Whooper Swans and Pink-footed Geese as well as smaller numbers of other migratory birds. The Whooper Swans are relatively easy to photograph as they are very active around some of the hides by the Mere.
