The first ever BPS gig was at Wolvey Village Hall, Warwickshire, in the mid 1970’s.

Vocalist Geoff missed it because he was in bed with mumps. The line up was Rob Lockington (drums) Arnold Chave (guitars) Mick Harris (keyboards), Graham Caldicot (vocals).

Rather spookily, BPS’s first full “headline” gig (after reforming and doing a few “support” spots late in 2006) was also in Wolvey, at The Blue Pig Public House in January 2007.
