M5M5A Globular Cluster in Serpens Cauda. A
summer object
and very good to see too, being big and bright at mag 5.7.
It looks
small in the M25C field but is bright enough to take plenty of
magnification visually.
Taken on 23.6.08 with the M25C and 80ED. The exposure was
22x60sec.Acquired in AstroArt4 and recently reprocessed in AA4 and PS7, by adding the frames instead of median combining them.
