Light Waves' catering offers an extensive menu provided  by a social enterprise "Catering Plus"  

In the Main Hall there will be a selection of baguettes, wraps , crisps etc whilst upstairs by the pool a restaurant menu will be available.

The snack menu will offer, typically wraps filled with chicken & sweetcorn, red onion & cream cheese, cheese & tomato, tuna  cream cheese & rocket, baguettes filled with salad, ham salad, cheese salad, tuna mayo, beef & onion, cheese & spring onion, egg mayo. Chip butties will also be available upstairs.

Thursday's restaurant menu will typically offer:

chicken & mushroom pie with chips & peas

vegetable curry with rice or chips

beef stew filled Yorkshire pudding

jacket potato filled with tuna mayo, baked beans, cheese, chilli, carrot cheese & onion

bacon or sausage sandwich

Friday's restaurant menu menu will typically offer: 

lasagne with side salad, chips & garlic bread

steak & kidney pie with chips &  peas

chilli with rice or chips

filled jacket potato

bacon or sausage sandwich

Saturday's restaurant menu menu will typically offer: 

chicken curry with rice or chips

Cumberland sausage filled Yorkshire pudding

bacon or vegetable quiche with chips, jacket or side salad

filled jacket potato

bacon or sausage salad
