Calder Vale Hotel, Millfield Road, Horbury Junction, WF4 5EB, (01924) 275351 plenty of rooms at £25 a night inc full English breakfast - you'd need last bus, a taxi or good legs

Kirklands Hotel, 605 Leeds Road, Outwood, WF1 2LU, (01924) 826666, owned by Old Mill Brewery - in the past they've had a festival offer £5 off a quality room for CAMRA members - again, you'd need last bus, late train, a taxi or good legs

Inns of Court, 22 King Street, Wakefield WF1 2SR, (01924) 375560, just behind the Town Hall. May have increased number of rooms available by October - bed only but you can get breakfast at many cafés nearby. 

Within yards of the festival venue is the Saville Guest House, 78 Saville Street, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF1 3LN, (01924) 374761(N.B. may have changed hands since last check)
