Changeling &
SingUp Communities is an initiative of the governments National Singing Programme, Sing Up, run by a consortium led by Youth Music with Abbott Mead Vickers, Faber Music and The Sage Gateshead.
Sing Up is eventually intended to ensure that all children and young people in the UK have the opportunity to sing.
In County Durham, Escomb Primary School working with Changeling Productions has been selected as one of twelve groups nationwide to deliver initial flagship SingUp Communities in their region.
The heart of our SingUp community is three new singing groups for primary school children and three secondary school groups from Willington Parkside, Tudhoe Grange and King James 1 secondary schools.
