The FUNNY BUNNY RUN is for everyone who doesn't fancy running 12km - it's only half the distance, and no-one is going to mind if you don’t run all the way, or what time you finish!
Two thirds of the course is on traffic free footpaths, but it is all reasonably well surfaced, so you won’t get all muddy.
The theme is bunnies, and you will be given some rabbit ears to wear - why not get dressed up for the occasion, and we’ll give prizes for the best costumes! We’re also offering FREE face painting for the kids, so they can really look the part! (Just remember to arrive in plenty of time if you want the face painting - we can’t do everyone in the last 10 minutes!)
You have three targets for the day - to get around the course, running, jogging or walking, (which can be an achievement in itself); to have a fun day out; and to raise some substantial sponsorship money for your own favourite charity. So get round your family and friends, your work-place, your school, or wherever, and see just how much you can raise! Last year, we had 130 people in the Funny Bunny Run, (plus another 64 in the Rabbit Race), and we paid out a total of £2,800 to various charities - a good start, but we can do better! If you don’t have a specific charity which you would like to support, nominate Melbourne Rotary Club, who in turn support loads of good causes, both locally and throughout the world.

As a memento of the occasion, all finishers will receive a commemorative medal.
Please complete a separate entry form for each family member; and if you have more than one child under 16, there is a concessionary half-price entry fee for the second and subsequent children
And please enter as early as possible, to ease the administration - the closing date is 18th April, but we will accept late entries right up to the day of the event if necessary. But remember that entries by 18th April will be cheaper!
