The FUNNY BUNNY RUN is for everyone who doesn't fancy running 12km - it's only half the distance, and it doesn't matter whether you run, jog, walk, or do a bit of each - no-one's timing you!

Two thirds of the course is on traffic free footpaths, but all well surfaced, so you can take the push-chair, or take the dog, (under control, of course). You will be given an event t-shirt and a bunny costume on arrival, and are expected to wear them - half the fun is to see a crowd of runners, all wearing the same outfits! We're also providing free face painting for kids, and as you will have gathered by now, the theme of the event is bunnies! So if you want to dress up the kids, (or yourself) in fancy dress, with this theme in mind, so much the better - we'll give a prize for the best kids' costume! So much for the "fun" bit - the other big aim of the event is to raise lots of money for charity, so please do your best to get plenty of sponsorship. To  download a Sponsorship Form CLICK HERE  On the entry form, you can tick the box of your favoured charity , or you can leave them all blank, and the funds you raise will be passed on to charities supported by Melbourne Rotary Club. Please complete a separate entry form for each member of your family, where applicable, and for second or additional children from the same family, tick the "Concessionary Rate" box on the form. And please enter by 31st March - after that date, we will still accept entries, right up to the day of the event, but we do need to know fairly well in advance, how many to expect. (And entries before 31st March are cheaper!)
