MELBOURNE FUN RUN  -  EVENT DETAILS

Melbourne Fun Run, promoted by the Rotary Club of Melbourne, comprises two separate events - the 12k Rabbit Race and the 6k Funny Bunny Run. The headquarters for both events has been changed from last year, to avoid some of the problems with traffic, and this year will be at the Senior Citizen’s Centre, Church Street, Melbourne, DE73 8EJ. Parking is a bit of a problem in Melbourne, particularly on Sunday mornings near the churches, so leave plenty of time to find a space! The Entry Fee for both events is £10 for adults, or £5 for under-16’s; the second and subsequent children from the same family can enter the Funny Bunny Run at half-price - just  £2.50. Entries close on 18th April; late entries will be accepted up to the day of the event, but at increased rates of £12, £6, and £3. Start time for the 12k Rabbit Race is 11.00 am, with the Funny Bunny Run following a few minutes later. Water will be available on the course and at the finish, outside the Senior Citizen’s Centre, where refreshments will also be available.
