All meals are prepared to order from fresh ingredients. No fast food here!

This symbol  denotes healthyliving dishes prepared using both healthier catering practices and healthier ingredients, making them lower in fat, salt & sugar. We use Hellman's low fat mayonnaise in all our menu choices if requested.

We specialise in producing excellent dishes from top quality ingredients.   All meals are freshly prepared and we bake brown wholemeal rolls, home made scones and pastries throughout the day. Your patience at busy times is appreciated so if you are short of time, please enquire regarding waiting times, especially when we are busy.

All salads are freshly prepared using available market produce. If you would like a dressing, your choice of home made olive oil vinaigrette or Hellman's low fat mayonnaise is available.

Our Italianroast coffee beans are freshly ground throughout the day. We use fresh local milk & cream from McAlister’s Dairy. Fresh meat and fish are supplied daily by Richard H McIntyre and Ritchie’s of Rothesay.

We have been listed in the Les Routiers Good Food Guide every year since opening in 2004 and we are also listed on the prestigious internet Restaurant Guide. We have recently been included as a recommended restaurant by the Gourmet Society and welcome Gourmet Society members.

We are a chip free zone!

Children & Liquor Licensing  Children are most welcome in our restaurant. We are always pleased to serve down-sized portions as required to cater for smaller appetites. In order to comply with the Licensing Act, children under the age of 14 years should not remain on the premises after 8.00pm. Your cooperation in meeting this requirement is appreciated. (After the introduction of the 2005 Licensing Act, which will take effect from 1st September 2009, there will some changes to the licensing law. We'll post details as soon as we have further news).

Private parties & Special Occasions We are always pleased to discuss your catering requirements for that special occasion, whether it be a birthday party, anniversary or other celebration. We can cater for parties of up to 26 and we look forward to being of assistance.

We hope that you will enjoy your visit to Brechin’s Brasserie and look forward to seeing you soon.
