Henshelwood's Fine Foods, of Rothesay supply us with their medal winning chutneys & mustards, which feature in some of our award winning home-made dishes.

Salar Smokehouse, South Uist, supply us with peat smoked salmon, which is used in preparing our renowned Salmon Mousse and is also served with home baked wholemeal breads, baked potatoes and in salads.

McAlister's Milk is produced on the Isle of Bute and processed in a brand new dairy facility operated by Ninian & Rhona McAlister. We use full cream milk and double cream delivered fresh every day from McAlister's. They also supply us with fresh vegetables from the Glasgow Fruit & Vegetable Market.

Ritchie's of Rothesay supply us with smoked salmon and natural smoked haddock from their own smokehouse as well as a range of quality fresh fish and shellfish.

Richard H McIntyre provide us with Bute reared lamb, beef, locally made haggis and other meat products.
