The "Burgie Riding Centre" operates from premises located within The Burgie Estate with use of an indoor and outdoor arena, or experienced riders can choose to hack around a picturesque setting of the 1500 acre Burgie Estate. We currently offering full, part and working livery to horse and pony owners. The riding centre which is licensed by Moray Council is a welcome addition to the Forres area where equestrian pursuits are popular, but where there is currently a gap in the market for riding instruction, shows and pony days. Training in stable management is also on offer. The riding centre will also be providing ponies for the Forres, Nairn and District, Riding for the Disabled Group who give riding as therapeutic exercise to youngsters and young adults with special needs and physical disabilities.
