This intriguing film is set primarily in a transportation hub of a ‘near future’ Kuala Lumpur. On a minimal budget an old hospital site was transformed to create the three key story locations. The visual style drew on an oriental look for the transport hub’s ‘corporate facade’, and combined that with medical reference in the devising of the transportation ‘Threshold’.
