To beloved wife Mary Brill all lands tenements messuages hereditaments bills goods chattels &c for life. (no timber forest trees of any sort.... to be felled until six months after her decease)

To Mary, Ann, Hannah, Rebecca daughters of William Brill (testator's brother) likewise (6 months after wife's decease) equally between them ? one acre of land in common field of Stoke Mandeville.

To my sister Mary Bowdery 12 pounds six months after wife's decease or if deceased to her children share and share alike.

Lastly all freehold cottage messuage and tenements appurtenances etc.... with garden and orchard..... at Stoke Mandeville ..... together with four acres of arable freehold land lying in common fields of Stoke Mandeville after decease of testator's wife to my brother Joseph Brill (sic) in the said county of Bucks and his wife longest liver the longest holder and to them their heirs and assign for ever

To my wife Joice Brill 200 pounds. Rest and residue to wife Joice Brill for life, then equally between brothers John Brill, William Brill and sister's Mary Tanner, Anne Blake, Hannah Seedweel and to the children of Samuel Wright I give one equal share with my brothers and sisters (their children to inherit their father's or mother's share if parents dying)

But the 62 pounds out upon interest equally between testator's brothers and sisters- and Samuel Wrights children to have one share with them.
