Will Of William Brill Gentleman Of Duke Street Middlesex - Proved 02 February 1835

Prerogative Court of Canterbury Ref: 11/1842

This is the Last Will and testament of me William Brill of Duke Street Adolphi and Beaufort Row Chelsea Middlesex Gentleman whereby I give and bequeath All my property wheresoever and whatsoever which I now or may hereafter posses both Real and Personal unto my dear Wife Elizabeth Brill during her life And from and after her decease unto her Children William Houghton Brill Ffrederick Brill Laura Brill Emily Maria Brill and Charlotte Brill in equal shares and proportion as they may respectively attain the age of twenty one years in case their mother should not be then living. And I appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament Witness my hand and seal this first day of October one thousand eight hundred and thirty four  W Brill/seal/ Signed sealed & by Testator in the usual  way. to the last Will and Testament of me W. Brill whereby it is my attention that all my property shall be sold off and the money arriving thereof there from be invested for the benefit of all and every my Children names in my Will there share to be paid as they attain the age of twenty one the mother to have the share equal to the oldest Child Witness my hand this day of Nov 1834 W: Brill Witness Eliz Hammond Witness J.
