This is the Last Will and testament of me William Brill of Duke Street Adolphi and Beaufort Row Chelsea Middlesex Gentleman whereby I give and bequeath All my property wheresoever and whatsoever which I now or may hereafter posses both Real and Personal unto my dear Wife Elizabeth Brill during her life And from and after her decease unto her Children William Houghton Brill Ffrederick Brill Laura Brill Emily Maria Brill and Charlotte Brill in equal shares and proportion as they may respectively attain the age of twenty one years in case their mother should not be then living. And I appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament Witness my hand and seal this first day of October one thousand eight hundred and thirty four W Brill/seal/ Signed sealed & by Testator in the usual way.
